Our website, located at maynila.co.uk, provides information about these events, including a functionality to book your place so you can attend or participate.

Attending an event
We organise and host events that showcase Filipino food. These events require booking to allow you to attend. We will provide the facility for you to book online and by using this online service, you are entering into a contract between maynila.
Bookings, where required, are confirmed only upon receipt the payment in full (where applicable). You must have the legal capacity to book and you must accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name. You must also make sure that all the information you provide to us is true and accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the number of bookings per transaction.
We will collect your name, email address, and billing/delivery address at the time of booking. This information is used by maynila to process your booking and to contact you on any updates of the event you have booked. Your details will not be shared or distributed to any third party without your explicit consent.
All payments are due upon booking. You can pay using the following methods:
- Debit/credit card
Payment information, along with your relevant personal details, are handled by a third party PCI-DSS approved payment gateway provider.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment card(s) or other payment means used to pay for your booking made through this website. You will also be responsible for paying the applicable taxes relating to your booking.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations made more than a week before the date of the event
Should you wish to cancel your booking more than a week (seven calendar days) before the date of the event, you will be entitled to a 100% refund after deducting an administration fee of 10% of the ticket price.
Cancellations made between a week and three days before the date of the event
Should you wish to cancel your booking between a week (seven calendar days) and three days before the date of the event, you will be entitled to a 50% refund less the administration fee of 10% of the ticket price.
Cancellations made less than three days before the date of the event, including ‘no show’
Should you wish to cancel your booking less than three days before the date of the event or fail to attend the event, you will not be entitled to any refund.
